How is the program delivered?

We've built the Race Ready program is into your very own training portal that will be available for you right after you purchase. It'll also head your way via email with tips, tricks and other bonuses and insights to get you prepped, and in the best shape for race day!

The Race Ready program comes in an easy to manage online and PDF format so you can keep it on your phone, printed out or on your computer. You'll also get access to the downloadable videos of each and every exercise in the program.

Do I need special equipment?

The Race Ready Program includes options for workouts at home and in the gym. While some HYROX-specific equipment is ideal, our focus is on training the movement you'll need for race day and we can do that with weights and resistance bands, so there's no need to stress if you can't get to a gym with full equipment.

Is this okay for people doing their first (or first few) Hyrox races?

Yes! We LOVE working with people new to Hyrox. We built the Race Ready program in a way that is designed to focus on the movement which means the program meets you where you're at no matter whether you're at day 1 of Hyrox or looking to give the Pro Division a go.

The Race Ready Program progressively builds your fitness and technique from week 1 to week 12 so you'.

How much time will I need to commit each week?

The program entirely flexible and depends on you. Ideally you'd have at least 3, and up to 4-5 training sessions each week, with each lasting 45 - 60 minutes. We provide scheduling options for both weekday warriors and weekend trainers to fit your lifestyle.

What equipment do I need

Access to weights like dumbbells, and kettlebells and resistance bands is all you need to use this program. But if you had access to a gym or home set up with a sled, wall balls, and cardio machines like rowers and skis that would be amazing.

We have built a full guide on alternate exercises to help you workout and prepare for each station even if you don't have access to a ski, rower or sled or wall balls.

I'm worried about a particular station (like the sled push). Will this help?

That's exactly why we created this program! Each HYROX station receives dedicated training focus, with extra time and effort spent the main challenges like the sled push, wall balls, and sled pull. We'll turn those fears into your strengths and help you build confidence on the way through. We've also built alternate exercises guides so if you don't have access to a sled, row or ski you can build the movement memory for race day!

What if I'm not fit enough yet?

If you have the accountability, can jog for 10 minutes and do a basic squat and burpee, you're ready for our Race Ready program. We start at an accessible level and build progressively. Many of our most successful clients began with their own fitness concerns but work into the program with a few workouts a week and then build from there!

Is there a refund policy?

Yes! We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely confident in the program after two weeks, simply let us know for a full refund. We're that certain you'll love it.

Do you offer coaching as well?

YES! We love coaching our Hyrox Athletes. We realise everyone works differently so our coached training is for people who want the accountability, technique guidance and support as well as race day preparation, and regular feedback on your form and help managing your body or any injuries.

What happens after I register?

After purchasing the Race Ready program you'll get instant access to your program and all downloadable guides and bonuses (you'll see them on the inside). But if you don't see things right away, give it 15 minutes – and check your spam!

If you're working with us for some direct coaching, you'll receive a scheduling link for your onboarding coaching session and we'll get your first coaching session set up and all ready to go.

What type of results have your Hyrox Athletes got working with you?

Results vary by fitness level and experience, but across our programs, first-timers typically finish between 1:10 - 1:40. But above all we make sure all our Hyrox Athletes get to their HYROX event feeling prepared and confident, regardless of their finishing time!

Can I upgrade to a coached plan later?

If you purchase our Race Ready plan and within the first 4 weeks decide you want more personalised support, you're able to simply and easily upgrade to our coached plans. We require a commitment for 8 to 12 weeks when taking on coached athletes - this means we take on serious people who we can work with for amazing results!

Let us introduce ourselves! We're your HYROX coaching team, Loz and Jonathan.

We created the DIY Race Ready digital program to give you access to elite training from anywhere in the world.

Loz, a HYROX finisher and 2x Ironman, is the owner of Fit For Life Health & Fitness Studio in Victoria, Australia. She has spent 15 years perfecting her ground-up Hybrid-X training method, which is perfectly matched to the demands of HYROX.

Jonathan is our accredited running specialist and a marathon finisher who will be taking on HYROX in Perth and Melbourne this year. A runner since the age of four, he has coached runners to hundreds of finisher medals, from their first 5k to their first marathon, and will get you faster and more confident on your run laps!

And yes, we're a real team behind the screen! While this program is fully digital, our methods are developed at our physical studio with real people. We're excited to bring our passion from our home base directly to you online.
